Joshua Frederick Ross

Hi, my name is Joshua and I have been a British Institutes teacher since November 2018. I was born in Palermo, raised bilingual – my father was British and my mother is Sicilian – and always wanted to become an English teacher myself. So in 2017 I got the Cambridge CELTA certificate and here I am! The minute I stepped in at ORA Original Real Academy I immediately felt I had made the choice of a lifetime, since I was given countless opportunities to grow both as a teacher and as a person. Teaching to students of all ages (from children to adults) is a mission that requires passion, dedication and devotion to your students, and here at BI I was given the invaluable opportunity to do it in an extremely personalized way, even exploiting my musical talents to show how wonderful and fun the world of English language and culture is.
